Solid Surfaces
In 1967 a DuPont chemist created a revolutionary new product comprised primarily of acrylic polymer under the brand name of Corian®. There are countless distinct colors and random patterns for Solid Surface, some of which resemble the appearance of natural stone.

Cultured Marble
A unique mixture of a polyester resin, a pigment, and limestone particles is used to create cultured marble. To make a variety of specialized fixtures, including vanities, custom tubs/base, showers, backsplashes, and more, the material is cast in molds. In order to create a strong, transparent, non-porous surface, each mold is pre-treated with a gel lacquer that fuses with the composite during the hardening process.
